I have a date field in the Service Case entity. When a user updates the date in this field, I want to update a date in the Service Activity associated with the case. I thought of using a process but the Service Activity isn't shown in the list of related entities in the workflow.
Is there a simple way to achieve this or is it a matter of a plug-in?
