Users unable to run reports

Hi,

I have a couple of users who until recently are unable to run reports and just get a blank screenwith the blue bar across the top.

I (as system admin) can run this report, other users have the same role and cannot. Looking in the event viewer on the server this keeps showing up

Exception message: The specified user is either disabled or is not a member of any business unit.

I checked both on crm and on the actual database and neither are disabled. I've tried remaking the reports and get the same thing.
