CRM 2011 Problem with a money mergefield

I have a problem with a money mergefield. I have a 89,000,000.00$ field and I want to get 89,000,000 instead of. How can I get this result with a word mail merge? In my example I use the following merge:

{MERGEFIELD "money" \# "#,##0"}  

and it gets 89,000,000 from some users' PCes, but from another's not (89).
