Social CRM Connect to Custom Entity

I've just installed social CRM from CRM App Store. This Social CRM is automatically connect to contact entity. Now i try to connect this social CRM to custom entity. I search for the entity of this social CRM, but i could't find it. Is there any ways to connect social CRM to Custom Entity
