Custom Entity : Project

Hello Forum Members:

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Office 365 Cloud), I created a Custom Entity called "Project". Under Sales Area, this Project entity is displayed under Extensions (on Right Navigation Pane).

For some reason, the "Projects" icon is duplicated when you drill down to Account Master Record (i.e., Common area - right Navigation Pane). 

I would like to know to how to remove this extra Projects icon on Account Master Record.
