CRM Addin for outlook disappears every time user logs in to terrminal session

Having this issue with few staff member, CRM client for outlook is configured and all working but as soon as user logs off and back in to Terminal session, Add-in disappears from outlook.

When I look in the add-on tab, it appears as disable.

Client: CRM2011,  Outlook 2010, Terminal Service Environment.

Try recreating users outlook profile no change issues still occurs.

Any help will be much appreciated.
