Displaying lead topics at the top

Hello all,

I wanted to display the topics in a lead at the top of the form (below the lead name). I checked in the form editor, however there isn't any option to move the fields over there. Is there a way to do it?

I need the topic (Ghana/Other/Test) below the Lead name
