I am using clickDimensions for my outbound email marketing.
I would like to start using the built in Email Router function for certain workflow messages. *for starters: a simple workflow that sends a user notification that a new Phone Call Activity has been scheduled.
What is the simplest route to go about doing this?
I had found this article about configuring and setting up for 2011. Is this the same process for CRM Online?
