Crm 2011 IFD 404 or nothing

Hey some strange things are happening on my new CRM server.

I've installed a CRM server with ADFS on the same machine.

what is happening to  me is after logging in to the crm via Explorer, on the "STS" page it's just refreshes and nothing changed and via Chrome it gives me 404 on the first time and if i reenter the org.domain:port it immediately enters to the dashboard screen.

I've installed already couple of CRM server in the same way and it's the first time it's happening to me,
