I've been searching extensively to get the answer to a vital question.
We are looking for a new CRM solution and Microsoft Dynamics is most definitly a valid choice.
However, I am missing a desired function that I thought was handled by the e-mail router software.
We want all e-mail traffic from and to our company to be logged (tracked as activity) when the e-mail address is known by CRM. That means, even for users who do not use the CRM software and have no account.
For instance, our project managers and software engineers do communicate with customers but have no use for the CRM software. However, that communication could be important for, let's say, contract negotiations and therefore should be tracked.
