How to send sms to mobile when entity record created in CRM2016 online?

Hi,

Any one help me to resolve the solution, i have to send sms to mobile when i create a record in  my custom entity.

As well as for this requirement which automate actions(Plugin,Custom Workflow, Javascript) i need to follow for best result.
