I initially had the issue with all the ribbons dissapering in outlook, I applied the fix outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2494581 and the ribbons are back. The CRM ribbon is however disabled. So, how do I fix this?
Some info about the installation:
* When I look up the addins in Outlook options, the CRM addin appears twice.
* This is Office 32 bit in english on W7 professional 64 bit in spanish. I had office 2013 installed inically and then office 2010 64-bit (I was not aware that I installed the 64 bit version). Office 2010 was purchased online from microsoft online a few weks ago.
* CRM 2011 is the online version, I do not know extactely what rollup Microsoft is running on their server.
