plugin for asssigning all the opportunities to the user manager

Hello Team,

I am new to dynamics.I have a requirement where I have to write a plugin for Implementing the logic to assign all opportunities to USER MANAGER when the USER is being disabled in the CRM. I am thinking to write a plugin for this. Any plugin examples or any code for this type of requirement  will be very helpful.
