URL displayed in minimized explorer windows

Hi,

I have several frustrated sales reps.  It seems that when they have multiple Dynamics windows open and then attempt to figure out which window to open the complete URL is displaying for example: http:// Dynamics.ABCCorporation.com..... 

On my machine, when I hover over the IE icon in my tray I see useful information.  For example: Account: Acme Corporation.

Any ideas on what I may have configured differently?
