Some of our users are having constant outlook crashes when the crm plugin is loaded in outlook. If I disable the plugin the user can work fine.
The issues happens seemingly random as the user is normal working and sometimes not even using the crm plugin.
We use Office 2013 and Outlook crm client 2015. Installed update 1 on server and run the latest build of the crm client to no avail.
I have setup tracing in crm and the logfiles shows two repeating messages:

Translated from dutch the error messages are like:
- An unknown error occurred while synchronizing data with Outlook.
- The selected item can not be tracked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
The error doesn't pop up when trying to redo the action once outlook is recovered from the crash.
Anyone knows why this can be happening and how to solve the outlook crashes ?
All servers are on premises, e.g. Exchange Server 2010 and CRM 2015
