Quick View Forms 2016

Hello CRM Experts,

I'm trying to add a contact card in 2016. No problem there, but it looks like there is a new functionality of collapsing the Quick View Card. How do I enable this? It works for a custom location entity but it's not working for Contact. (I've attached images to explain)

(So, I'm trying to add that tiny blue triangle to "CONTACT DETAILS" like how it is next to "LOCATION DETAILS")

Any help on this would be awesome. Thanks!
