Business Rule - Privilege for user failed

Hi guys,

While importing a solution into a different environment I got the following error:
SecLib::RetrievePrivilegeForUser failed - no roles are assigned to user. Returned hr = -2147209463, User: 66059faf-8ba1-e411-aaac-6c3be5a8ced0

it appears that a business rule is associated to a user which has been disabled.  I'm thinking of changing the owner of that business rule but I cannot find a way to do this.
