I created a new entity and can see the fields associated with the new entity in the left pane called fields. When i open the form, not all of those fields that seem to be associated with the new entity appear as choices in the form. Why not? I need several of the fields that i cannot create. One key field is call defectid, which auto assigns a defect number to each new defect. It appears in the field list, but not in the form list of fields.
