Authorization issue in testing CRM Organization Services by SOAPUI

I encountered HTTP 401 unauthorized error when calling Organization Services - Retrieve by SOAPUI.  

Authorization: NTLM

Username: This in my CRM login username. I have admin role.

Did I missing something?
