Hello,
I have crm 2013 and trouble with it:
I can send e-mail from crm, but no one incoming (email from any email-address to crm) email exists in crm.
If I connect to email-server via outlook, I see all incoming emails.
Seems like crm doesnt get emails, but I dont know how to find any error log and where is any piece of information about it.
So, my question is: where can i find any info about the problem why crm doesnt get emails from exchange server?
