Ribbon workbench 'Solution could not be reported' error.

I am trying to add one more javascript library as custom action to my solution. Upon addition the solution is not getting imported. As I recall briefly, I had done it earlier the similar way and it worked fine. Is there any order to addition of javascript files to the solution in javascript library? Thanks in advance.
