I need to create a process that will automatically alert a user when an opportunity reaches a certain age with no actions.
Scenario: Salesperson creates an Opportunity. Salesperson adds no information or actions to opportunity to the record for 7 days.
Action: CRM either emails a reminder, creates a task to alert Salesperson/Sales manager of potentially forgotten Opportunity.
Alongside this, it would be really useful if, upon creating an Opportunity, and calendar item/task is automatically created for X days in the future to serve as a reminder that the Opportunity should be followed up.
Any suggestions?
