This may not be an issue, this may be me not understanding correctly but below is my scenario/issue.
User has "Basic User" security role which allows them to Read notes.
User also has "Service Desk Analyst" security role which allows them to do other things (create cases) but no privileges for Notes.
When importing Notes with the User as the Owner - "User is missing prvReadNotes privilege."
If I remove the Service Desk Analyst role, the Note can be imported correctly.
I thought Security Roles merge permissions. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
