Helo everybody,
I’ve just started using CRM Online in our company and I'm having trouble with the CRM Client for Outlook on a computer that has Outlook 2007 SP2 installed.
I got no error when installing the CRM Outlook client. After restarting Outlook the user interface is opened to verify credentials and test connection, and I still don’t get any error.
At this point it seems that it connects to the CRM server because the interface shows the organization details that I have previously entered in the CRM Online, but once you accept the conditions, the following error is displayed: "Unable to connect to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server."
I tried the installation on another PC with Outlook 2010 and everything goes fine, the synchronization is correct.
Is Outlook 2007 SP2 really compatible with CRM Online?. Does anyone have this configuration working?.
