Cannot load record / record "locked" - page is just "Loading"

Hi,

I have a record that is "locked". When i enter the record the page is just loading forever - and the fields is not loaded. It's only this specific record that's causing trouble.

I tried creating a workflow that will change a value on the record (To see if this changed any behavior). I ran the workflow against the record from the list view. But the workflow processing bar just got locked up, and the workflow is not started...

What can cause this - and how can it be resolved / troubleshooted, so i can access the record Again?
