I have a custom field on the Business Unit so that we can tie it back to our ERP system. I want to ensure this field is Upper Case. I know I can write java script to do this when it is entered, but I want to run a workflow to update the existing Business Units. When I create a new Workflow process on the Business Unit entity, the update record step is disabled. I'm I doing something wrong, or is there soemthing in the system that prevents?
