I have installed CRM 2011 and succesfully imported organization from CRM 4.0. But I have big problem with connecting E-mail router to this imported organization. When I'm trying to connect to default organization in CRM 2011, everything is great. I click "Load data" and after a few seconds I have list of email adress.When I'm trying to connect to the imported organization I get error
"The E-mail Router Configuration Manager was unable to retrieve user and queue Information from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. This may indicate that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is busy. Verify tha URL xxxxxxx is correct. Additionally, This problem can occur if specified access credentials are insufficient. To try again, click Load Data"
On server I have rollup 13, also at email router. can anybody help? Is there any "lost" settings which denied email router to connect with imported organization?
