Hello, one of my user is experiencing an issue where he gets this error:
Only this specific user has this error. The user uses Outlook plugin for CRM and when he accesses an opportunity, this dialog show (unable to get "getId" on an undefined...)
I opened the diagnostic tool to delete Microsoft Dynamics CRM Client Files, I also cleared the ie client cache. The issue is still poping up randomly... What could cause this problem? I looked at the scripts that are loaded with the opportunity form and none contains a "getId" method? Where should I look at to find a clue?
