Button created using Java script is not appearing in CRM 2015 Online?

Hi,

Recently ,my CRM migrated from 2013 to 2015, If i turn on '‘Use legacy form rendering’ ' Option then it doesn't show button in my account form but when i turn off the ‘Use legacy form rendering’  option, its automatically showing buttons.I have written javascript to update my address when user click on the button 'select address'.These buttons are created through java script.

Please help me.
