I am new to CRM getting familiar with the inner workings. I started to import data and noticed that owners name listed for the new leads was unfamiliar. When I selected the name it directled me back to the default parent name but all the information is shown correctly.
Why are my imported leads picking up the incorrect owner name? And since it should be the default name (which shows correctly) how can I change it. I imported some contacts and had the same results.
