I am a graduate student in Masters of Business Administration studies at Dublin Business School. I am conducting this survey on Social CRM – concept that unites social media technology with customer relationship management and uses dynamic community of customers interacting via social media.
My research shows that your organisation is using Social CRM tools.
Purpose of this study is to identify how Social CRM usage affects organization’s strategy and to determine whether there is a relationship between usage of Social Customer Relationship Management tools and organization’s market orientation.
