Custom Entity Lookup field to Quote Product

I have custom entity, which I need to have lookup field to Quote Product.

I'm not able to see Primary entity when creating Nto1 relationship on Custom entity.

Is it possible?

Why it is not showing me? is there any logic / business scenarios behind it?
