Migration Warning from MS CRM 2015 - 2016

Dear,

I got below warning message when we upgrade the CRM 2015 to 2016. but the upgrade done successfully. I want to know this warning any places in the CRM.

The warning is :

1.The Index on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database are not consistent with MS CRM Indexes.

2.Fragmented indexes were detected in the MS CRM Database

3.Checking for Customizations and extensions that use outdated features. This Operation may take a few minutes.

4.Data Encryption will be active after the install or Upgrade.

5.

The stored procedures in the database are not consistent with Microsoft Dynamics CRM stored procedures.
