References to Production in Development After Org Import

In Production; my personal Windows account was not setup as an administrator but it was in Development. I restored Development from Production; Imported Organization successfully but having the following issues:

1.  I get an error "Insufficient Permissions" in most screens. I modify my account  in Administration but it won't let me save and gives error "Insufficient Permissions"

2.  "Administrations" option lists Users; I see "CRM Production" listed under "Business Unit". Obviously it is showing what came from the backup database and I need to change it but don't know how. How do I change it to "CRM Development"?
