Connector NAV CRM - Problem Update existing Customers

Hi,

I'm newbie in terms of Connector between NAV and MS CRM installation.

I have many problems, but actually I'm blocked with this Updating of my customers.

Let me explain :

- I create a Customer in MS CRM 2011. This Account Name is TOTO TEST and this Account Number is TOTO.

- I create an Account in Navision 2009. This Name is TOTO CAMPEON ans this No_ is TOTO

This two accounts had been created by User in each soft, one in MSCRM and one in Navision.

At the day, I would syncronize my 2 customers.

- I create a MAP on the Connector "MSCRM to NAV" and I linked :

-- (MSCRM) Account Number - (NAV) No_

-- (MSCRM) Account Name - (NAV) Name

-- (MSCRM) Address 1 Street 1 - (NAV) Address

When I run my map, I have an Error Message :

[Account to NAV Customer Card - Custom] has encountered an error while processing key [[TOTO, 4ccd5f69-a321-e211-92c4-00505682002f]]. The record already exist.

Do you have a solution to sync my two accounts?
