Reg: Javascript not firing in MS CRM 2011

Hi Mates,

I have a strange issue..

I'm using MS CRM 2011 OnPremise version and sending a record URL through workflow email.

If the user open the form by using that record URL from the email, the javascripts which I have written in that form events (like onLoad, onSave) are not firing and validations are not working.

Note: If I open the record from MS CRM application directly all the javascript events are working fine.

Observations:

1.I Observed that the URL opening from the email and from CRM application are different.

Analasis:

I did some analysis and some where i read that in the Rollup10 When you send an email message that contains a script in the Workflow form, the script is executed unexpectedly.

Question: Is there any issue in the MS CRM 2011 that the javascripts will not work if we open the form the workflow email link and that is fixed in the Rollup10.

Please provide your suggestions and ideas on this and do the needful.
