Charts in dashboard are blurry for one user?

hello!

Has anyone heard of such an issue? Basically everything looks fine except the charts in the dashboard seem to be out of focus. Also I noticed the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM" in the top left is also blurry compared to say the text in the list or compared to my computer.

This user is on windows 10 using Internet Explorer. Thought I would start here.

Any settings that you can think of that would help?
