Your Changes have not been saved on Case record, when nothing changed

I just recently updated from 2013 to 2016 on premise and I am getting the "Your Changes have not been saved..." when moving to another screen. I have removed all of the additional tabs that were added when upgrading and turned off my business rules, I do not use any of the SLA functionality at this point either. I am not sure what is causing the issue and any help would be appreciated.
