How to get activity feed history to show upon entering an account, opportunity or lead record

Hello, 

I have Office 365 CRM Online 2016 version deployed. We utilize "add a phone call" activity for notations on accounts, opportunities and leads. When we first enter an account, opportunity or lead the activity feed appears to be blank (even if there are records). At the top of the section it says "Activities Notes OneNote". Upon clicking on "Activities" the activity records appear. 

How do we get the activity records to appear when we enter a record, without having to click on the Activities word?
