Has anyone seen the situation where you can add text to knowledge base articles (or any articles) and not be able to save the text? This used to work for us, but no longer does. I have tried creating new templates and tried all of the existing templates but nothing works. I can go into legacy articles and save changes, but can't create any new ones. I'm relatively new to the product, but is there something obvious (or not so obvious) that I'm missing? The section of the form in question is kb-article data. Any help or insight would be most appreciated.
