I am using Dynamics CRM online for Office 365. When I create new users in the Office 365 admin portal, they appear in dynamics CRM. When I log into the CRM I get a yellow banner stating:
"You need to assign security roles to new users. Click to see a list of users who need Microsoft Dynamics CRM Security Roles"
When I then click the adjacent "Assign Roles" button, I am taken to a window with a range of "Users with no assigned security roles" listed. If I select one (or more) of these, and click "Manage Roles" at the top, a popup appears with a drop down which says
"Getting role information. This will take a few seconds".
This message stays in the drop down nomatter how long I wait. If I try to click the "OK" or "Cancel" button below, a further popup appears which says "Microsoft Dynamics CRM has encountered an error." and if I click anything on this popup, more popups appear.
I am doing this on a 64bit Windows 8 machine on IE10. I can't get any users in at all!
