But... how to hide areas & sub-areas for users that aren't anyway allowed to see records contained in those entities?

Hello,

I tried everything I found about this but still, even if someone will only have access to the service area to solve cases, he can still see the sales & marketing & settings area.

I already tried:

- to edit the sitemap but it seems that this is for everybody

- MSCRM settings

- security roles

Simple question: some users will only make support, they need to access the knowledge base & cases, that's all. I would like to remove other areas that even if they go into them, no content is shown because they have not those rights.

I am really confused about this point since 2 days and strangely, I could not find explanations on that.

Should be simple, seems not...

Thanks!
