Opportunity and quote question

Hi all, 

i've a connector (with SDK) that sync quotes and related orders from ERP to CRM. Our customer request the possibility to manually connect a quote into a new opportunity. We have created a new relation and a subgrid but when i add quote there's no possibility to choice existing too (only new).

There's some alternative solution?
