Importing solution do not add link in application

I have imported a solution which should create a new entity and put a link in Sale application but it is doing half part. It creates entity but do not put its link in sale area.

In source application of course check box with sale area is checked. 

I publish before Export and after import as well. Do I need to add site map or a ribbon with solution ? Currently solution just have entity.
