Problem in generating .cs file (early binding)

Hi,

I'm trying to use early binding for accessing entities in CRM. I'm using command prompt to generate .cs file as mentioned in  https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg327844.aspx and followed the steps in it but I'm neither getting exception nor able to generate ".cs" file. Please help me out.
