Multi Picklist

Hi Friends,

I  have Multi picklist checkbox requirement in my Project. I have 30 multiselect picklists in a single form. I have no idea which is the best way to do this because i have many multiselect picklists in single form. Please suggest me. These are  need to be done in a way which makes easy for reporting. We take reports for the field called area. I have example screenshort of  my requirement. These 30 multiselect picklists have different different options not the same options. Please suggets me which is the best way can i use N:N relationship by creating 30 entities or use the custom code. I tried custom code but its not saving the checked options.
