Is it possible to auto update roll up fields

We are currently using Dynamics CRM 2015 and we are thinking of implementing Roll up fields to calculate preiums. So just wanted to know if it is possible to auto update a roll up field as soon as the value in a field used to perform roll up calculations is updated. I know it can be accomplished using the refresh button but can it happen on a real time basis ?
