Insert Template not response in Email

Hi All,

Suddenly Insert Template button in ribbon is not responding in the Email for 2015 on-line prod. environment.

but it's working in sandbox(2016).  Please let me know the reason and it's very urgent.

Insert Template ribbon button visible, but it's not responding like other ribbon button.
