I created a workflow that will send an email to a manager when an opportunity has been closed. The email will include various information about the opportunity (see below) but I would also really like it to include the information from the "Opportunity Close" entity in the "Description" field, so that the manager can see why the opportunity was won/lost. Can anyone walk me through how to do this? Or does anyone have any insight as to whether this can be done?
