Template report fields not refreshing

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Office 365 package. There are plenty of useful template reports (e.g Sales Pipeline), but the problem is that I am not able to edit them, and the changes that are made in the forms do not seem to be refreshing when running a report. For example, after editing the Sales Process to match our company's needs and changing a few field names, these changes do not appear when running the report. The report states that the Sales Stage of each report is "not specified", even though they really are. Other fields do not refresh either (Renamed "Owner" field to "Sales Manager", but it still appears as "Owner" in the report). Any suggestions on how to get these reports to refresh to the latest customizations?
